Who is responsible for setting up, taking down, and cleaning the chocolate fountain?
We are! You don't need to worry about any of these tasks. Eternally Chocolate provides an attendant at all events to take care of all fountain operations.

How long can I have the chocolate fountain at my event?
Every chocolate fountain rental includes 3 hours of dipping pleasure. This is typically enough time for you and your guests to fully enjoy the fountain. Additional time can be added as needed.
What dipping items can be used with the chocolate fountain?
Popular items include strawberries, bananas, pineapple, marshmallows, pretzels, and cookies. The list is endless! See our reservation form for a full list of available options. If you would like anything else, please contact us and we will help you choose the best treats for your event.
Who provides the dipping items?
Dipping items may be provided by you or Eternally Chocolate. Many clients prefer to leave the extra work to us. The Dipping Info page has all of the details.
Can the chocolate fountain be used outdoors?
Unfortunately, the chocolate fountain cannot be used outdoors. In addition to attracting your guests, the sweet aroma attracts flying insects. Wind and temperature conditions can also unfavorably affect the chocolate.
Is a reservation and/or deposit required?
Yes and yes. We require a reservation, signed rental contract, and $200 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event. Your reservation date will not be secured until the deposit is received.
How can I pay for my fountain rental?
Payment is easy and fast. You may pay with a credit card online through Paypal to secure your date. If you prefer, you may pay by check or money order instead. Click here to go to the Payment Options page.
What is required to operate the fountain?
Because a fully loaded chocolate fountain weighs over 100 pounds, a sturdy table is required. Also, one 120V three-prong outlet is required.
